If you have a complaint, you can submit it through any of the following:

  • Fill out the complaint form on the website.
  • Call the complaints number on 0233039750.
  • Attend any of the company’s branches during official working hours from Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (except for official holidays and vacations). A customer service representative will record your complaint, investigate it, and follow up with a response to you.
